Moved into a house 5 years ago with the original aluminum frame single pane windows. After a cold spell one winter and typical hot Dallas summers we decided it was time to upgrade the windows. We shopped around and came across Conservation Construction as they were doing an install in our neighborhood. I met with one of the installers and he helped set up a meeting with one of their reps. We met with (Lori) and she did her sales pitch but what sold me was when she did her flashlight and Btu reader demonstration. So Lori took a flashlight and a btu reader and placed it where the BTU reader was reading 220. She took triple pane, double pane, minimum code window pieces and an average reading was showing around 124 to 134 BTU’s. She then took all the windows pieces and stacked them together giving a reading around 110 BTU’s. She then took the Conservation Construction’s window piece and asked,” What do you think the reading will be?” I thought maybe 85 to 90. Well she proved me wrong....IT READ ONLY 7!!!! I went ahead and signed up right there. To give some idea how wonderful these windows are, we have a media room with one window facing South and one facing West. The sun cooks these windows and prior to replacement I could feel the heat about 6 feet away and a window too hot to touch. After these windows were installed, I can walk right up to the window and feel the a window just a tad warm. Highest electric bill with 2 units running and setting them at 75 degrees is $242. House is 3350 square feet. These windows are amazing and Conservation Construction are top pros all around!! Price was far better than competitors!!

My house has south-facing windows, and this company was very responsive and installed windows that blocked the heat using modern heat-reflecting glass. It made all the difference. Before the install, my air conditioner struggled to keep the house comfortable in the day. After the install, my bills went down and the windows looked great. Very efficient - I would use them again.

We have replaced all windows and patio door on our house, a total of 15. Result is awesome. No draft and cold in the winter, no heat-up in the summer. Saves on heating and AC. Product is great and the price is right. Installation was professional and fast. Soon I will replace all 12 windows in one of my rentals and I will choose Conservation Construction again !

Our Salesman was very knowledgeable and sold us on the quality of the windows. When they arrived they were installed professionally and quickly. At first we only bought four windows to replace the ones that were really bad. While not as expensive as some they aren't exactly cheap either. (that's a good thing) A few months later we reached out to buy five more and they gave us the same price as promised. No shenanigans. This time we had more windows but only one installer. Surprise! he was just as fast, careful and professional as the other crew. I was impressed. We love our windows as they look beautiful and the view is so clear. Really, who knew how cloudy the old ones were. The only bad thing.... the dog can't find the warm spot to lay in the sun. The windows keep the heat out. He's okay. He has a fur coat.

I got a sliding glass door with a doggie door built in from this company. They were professional and were sure to give me all the details about my warranty. Three years later still looks and works good. Definitely helped reduce the draft from a slide into place doggie door. I will use this company again when I replace my windows in my home.
