This is a professional and talented group that just installed a new front door on our home. Everything went smoothly and progressed without a hiccup. Starting with our initial contact with their salesman, Rocky Guzman. He examined our front door, frame and moldings as well as the weather seals around it. Listened carefully and took notes of what we wanted as well as acceptable costs of purchase and installation. He then took multiple measurements of the door, its frame, and the opening space to install the doorway. He took several photos for reference then sat down with us to select our door.He brought several books and models exhibiting the styles, materials and color choices available. He explained his recommendation for Houston weather and our style of house as well as the neighborhood. He spent considerable time explaining key differences as well as the positive and negative issues of each door as we sorted through the amazing variety of styles and materials.Once we had settled on the door we wanted, he reviewed advantages of the several methods and materials that could be used mounting and installing our door. Finally he reviewed pricing and payment options as well as plugging in the available discounts available to us. He even allowed us to dicker slightly on the final cost. Once we were satisfied with the proposal he told us Homer of the installation crew would be coming by to confirm all measurements then the door would be ordered. Once ordered it would be about 5-6 weeks before it arrived and would be installed in less than one day.Homer called and came by the next day. He is very likable, respectful and took a large number of measurements around the doorway. Finished and told us he would contact us when our door arrived.Five weeks later Homer called to notify us our door had arrived and we chose an installation date. At 9 oâclock Homer and his crew of two helpers arrived and introduced themselves. They proceeded to hang up protective plastic to prevent dust as well as outside air and bugs entering the front doorway. The crew is highly skilled and competent. They kept noise and disruption to a minimum and before the day was over we had a brand-new front door. The cracker-jack crew then performed a detailed cleanup of our inside floor and the front porch. They even did a professional job of painting touchup of a few slight dings in the sheetrock around the doorway.We were so impressed with the skillful job on our front door we have now contracted with them for a window replacement job.
